Files & Storage

Free plan: up to 2GB per file. Pro plan: up to 10GB per file. Enterprise plan: no file size limit. If you need to send files larger than your plan allows, consider upgrading or splitting the file using a compression tool.

Transwerly supports all common file types including documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), images (PNG, JPG, SVG), videos (MP4, MOV), audio (MP3, WAV), archives (ZIP, RAR), and design files (PSD, FIGMA). There are no restrictions on file types.

Once a file is deleted, it is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We cannot recover deleted files. We recommend keeping local backups of important files.
