Billing and Payments

All paid plans are billed automatically through your chosen payment method. You can view your billing history, download invoices, and update your payment method under Settings → Billing.

Key billing information:

  • Invoices: Automatically generated and emailed after each payment
  • Payment method: Update at any time without interrupting your subscription
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
Make sure your payment method is up to date. If a payment fails, we will retry three times over seven days. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your files will remain accessible, but new uploads and advanced features will be restricted.

Common Questions

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. New users can try the Pro plan free for 14 days with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue with Pro or switch to the Free plan.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

No. The monthly transfer allowance on the Free plan resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Pro and Enterprise plans have unlimited transfers, so rollover does not apply.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Your existing files remain accessible. However, if your storage exceeds the lower plan's limit, you will not be able to upload new files until you free up space. No files are deleted automatically.
